This Ruto thief and murderer should have been jailed at The Hague. He is everything that is wrong with Kenya. The only person I know for sure that would plunge Kenya into civil war or genocide if he doesn't get his way. Complete piece of shit. People like this are a disgrace to humanity. Commiting mass murder just to as ascend to power? How does he sleep at night?
