plots for sale by gakuyo real estate

i would like to know whether plots sold by gakuyo real estate are genuine or the company wants to con people their hard earned money. Are the plots sold in kenol past muranga teachers college real. anybody who has ever dealt with the company?

they have been advertising in one of the vernacular fm station. they also say that they have plots for sale in athi river.
the plots at mananja in muranga are going for 55k per an eighth of an acre.

Hi Wazuans. Has anyone ever dealt with this company as I'm also interested in some plots they are selling? Any feedback would be great.
