There is a court order stopping Joho's arrest. Was there some impending arrest?

At least Ohuru graduated......

Kenyans on Thursday tasked the US-based Amherst College to clarify the status of President Uhuru Kenyatta's degree.

This followed the debate on social media where some of the users claimed that the President did not graduate from the college.

The discussion was sparked by the ongoing probe on claims that Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho forged a KCSE result slip.

Several twitter users contacted the college in efforts to ascertain the status of the president's degree.

And Amherst confirmed, that President Uhuru Kenyatta indeed graduated from the school.

"Thanks for your question. Uhuru Kenyatta graduated from Amherst College in 1985 with a degree in economics & political science."

Yes the judiciary is the backbone of graft in this country.

Quote:
Justice Eric Ogolla Friday issued the orders in respect to any matters under investigations by the Kenya Revenue Authority, Kenya National Examinations Council and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

I dont even think the courts have this kind of power

Do we blame Judges or our laws - Constitution.
suppose you a Judge and a matter is brought to you, and after it is argued by lawyers on both sides and your reading of the law the obvious ruling is xyz.

Should you worry about populism.

In the absence of damning peer review by a non biased panel the civilsed thing would be to avoid knee jerk reactions - crying foul every time.
