@karasinga and TA fans have you spotted the 2 bar reversal on the SCBK monthly chart?

hope this is helpful. happy hunting

Yes. This second 2 bar reversal sequence is stronger than the one that preceded it which had dojis. Strong push upwards expected.

hope this is helpful.

Hi Karasinga, Thanks for KCB , does this factor release of results which may make it fall further if they are not too rosy?

hello Hobitke. nice meeting you. I am glad you found this chart helpful. To your question: yes, this is purely a directional forecast(my opinion) of how KCB might play out factoring in all the crowd greed and fear. feel free to post. best wishes

At a crossroads.... so on the sidelines until it is clear... wish I had more historical data to shed light

best wishes

watching you! @Hobite, I hope you enjoyed ~28% capital gain...

Getting rejected at this level is expected with 33 handle being the high of the rate cap panic sell blackhole. If this counter can pull off a closure above 33 handle for the month, that will be a strong signal that bulls are willing to push the bears all the way to 40 handle where the resistance is tough and layered within 37 - 42 zone.

Anyone else who understands how VWAP is calculated?
@karasinga - Please explain to me (with calculations) how VWAP is calculated as 10.02 (if I read the chart right) when the lowest price was 11.60, thanks.

In addition, how many shares traded at 11.60?

Keeping in mind that VWAP is a cumulative indicator, it would be easier if you tried it on excel. Trust me it is easy. follow these steps
.

how many shares traded at 11.60? 29,900(check insert above where you picked 10.02..... it is all there)
Anyone else with a better way or a contrary opinion.
Time to learn

It still doesn't make sense to me.
1) How many shares were traded that day? [At all prices]
2) How can a VWAP be lower (10.2) than the lowest price traded trades that day?
3) Get me the data for trades at every price point, if possible.

Fair enough. I rest my case. I am afraid such information is not available to wanjiku and IMHO I am not aware how the same can help improve our retail trading.
@ HISAH. kindly help..! I have seen you refer VWAP in your comments before. I dont use this indy. was trying to help our friend

That intraday VWAP doesn't make any sense at 10.20 when the low was 11.60. That must have been an error. I also don't use the VWAP, but I mention it when quoting the market price at that particular moment (intraday) or end of day (close).
