Everyday, i still wonder and quetions why land in nairobi&sorrounding is skyrocketing without any solid fundermentals....1/8 in mombasa rd(syokimau)and thika rd,naivasha rd (uthiru) is goins as much as 700k-1.5million...yet, this places DO NOT have good roads, no water,no electricity,no sewage??
r we getting the real value of this plots?did guys in kahawa sukari get the value of their land?for more than 10yrs,those guys endured water problems, bad road,insecurity..etc..
In western countries, land is not placed on high esteem as in kenya...i wonder why?..coz land is not wht makes those countries thrive...its the businesses, technology,service,education..etc tht makes then ahead of the game
why would i go to buy land 2-3-4km frm the main road and endure a rough terrain everyday, unpredictable/questionable water source, constant blackouts, insecurity......REALLY???
If i get my 1million today, should i go and buy a piece of land?or should i go hasstle start a car wash or any biz and make this money grow to enable me take a mortgage to buy a house either in cash/motgage???
