Hello all,

Owning a home is a dream to many people in this country. The journey of owning home, however, can be long, expensive and tedious. Financial institutions have realised this need and are making a kill by offering people mortgages and other kinds of financial services.

So, is it easier to build your own dream home or would you rather just buy a ready made place. Which one has more advantages than the other??

it is easier to buy but one is subjected to the quality of the material used. Building is cheaper but laced with a lot of hustles...workers....etc

Depending on the market you are in, it may save you money and time to buy an existing home, rather than build a new one.
