In this week's Headliner, we challenge the Israeli education minister and prominent right-wing leader Naftali Bennett. @nandwa, with all your brains and critical thinking you always try to display, what happens to the same brain when it comes to this matter? Are you also doing selective reasoning just like the Prime Ministter is doing to the Bible? Why haven't you questioned him if he believes in the parts of Bible which talks about Jesus Christ as the messiah? Anybody can cite the Bible, even a parrot can... I'm afraid Netanyahu and his clique are like parrots, they live their lives repeating or quoting the Bible with their tongues, but their hearts don't really know it... they only care about what serves their interests... Unfortunately, with many Christians like you, just follow like sheep, making fool of yourself for taking Jews like gods or special race...No wonder @hamburglar wonders what kind God is promoting racism in the Bible... I just quoted an article - with absolutely NO comment of mine - in which an Israel minister one Naftali, is taken to task by Mehdi Hasan a Journalist with Aljazeera. Then this  Please dont always let dogma get the better of you. You are making too many assumptions based on intuitions! Try and free yourself from dogma. Sorry, if I came out too hard, but realize they are a secular state, and do not care about your Jesus by the way or your Bible that much. They misuse your Bible at their own selfish end. Of course Israel is a democracy and not a theocracy - and that's a non controversial fact, one that the Minister in that clip asserts and Mehdi Hassan agrees to. As regards your multiple accusation on me - I am lost for words! All that aside, I learnt something from that clip - The Israel's point of view on the matter. Whether or not they quote the Bible out of context is neither here nor there. But I must also ask you a question that I hope you will be bold enough to answer! Do you agree with some parts of the Bible and disagree with others? Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

Your own Bible says so: Matthew 7:13-14 13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.Majority of the people in old days were not right. Examples: The majority of people were wrong in the days when God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18:20-33). Example: Joseph had eleven brothers, and they all hated him i.e. eleven to one, and the majority was wrong. Pilate stood before the angry mob ( the majority) and said, " Will ye that I release unto you the King of the Jews?" (Mark 15:9), and they cried out, " Crucify him" (Mark 15:13). " Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath he done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him" (Mark 15:14). So majority of Jews rejected truth, which Jesus preached to them and wanted to kill him. When he returns, the majority of the Jews and other people i.e. Gentiles will try again to kill him. So, as for Israelite, the window of turning back was closed as confirmed in Deut 28:68... They are on their way to destruction.

I think Jews have had a "largely" positive contribution to humanity... the issue of settlement on other peoples lands and their role in the slave trade are perhaps some of their more pronounced blots! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

To add onto your observation, on the question of Slave trade and slavery - in retrospection, it indicts many other and diverse people of the world, whites, Arabs and indeed Africans themselves. Which people are these? Outside of the conservative western nations in particular. Modern day Israel is actively engaged in an apartheid policy in Palestine and has actively participated in an arms race in the most volatile region on this earth.

Just like the way you mis-reported by putting a on-sided headline "King Salman to consolidate Indonesia" leaving out Japan, China, Brunei etc... passing a wrong picture that he's only visiting Indonesia!
