It is now official, majority (of Kenyans) have no qualms engaging in corruption. Yet we have so many institutions to 'fight' (pardon the cliche) it and an chapter in the 'canstitution' about ethics. The question then bothers me why the country spends an inordinate amount of money on this nonsensical corruption-fighting activities.
