I agree with you KQ indeed is bandia, especially it's low revenue of over KES 110B per year which is very similar to HAFR, Uchumi & Mumias. Further the KQ Chairman is also a very dim fellow with no tangible corporate achievements COOP, IMH, KEGN, KQ, MTNU

Ksh.110bn or ksh.1 trillion revenue doesn't matter if you are just making losses at the end of the day till you reach negative equity. Better a firm with revenue of ksh 7bn and profit of ksh.1bn and positive equity. I can bet with Michael joseph will bolt out soon when he realises reviving KQ ain't that easy.
