thanks for the clarification, info on the same then seems a bit hard to come by, they must be relying on the member banks to advice the clients on the workings, but from what I have read about its working it seems very similar to the above pesalink system.[/quote]

Seems they (IPSL) have set a base on which individual banks are to build on.
- first point on how to use the pesalink service is listed as Access your bank using your preferred device/ channel

Site very vague on key data like cost of funds transfers.
