There is a CBA between doctors and the government circulating on wazup – I have reviewed and not seen anything about the patients.. its all about the doctors. Is it the real one??

How now?
The CBA cannot be about the patients, patients are customers while the doctors are the employees.

BBI will solve it

And why is there talk that the CBA will improve health care in the country?

Unlike Hambaglur, I conduct polls...My poll has shown that the only people who think that jailing doctors is cool and ethical are Kameme listeners. The rest removed goggles kitambo sana.

Githundi please understand something. Everyone is in agreement that disobeying court orders should land you in problems. In fact, you won't find anyone saying that it is illegal to jail them.

The doctors accepted their fate and are now in jail. Of course only Jubilee honchos avoid court orders but what do I know.

There is another issue. The issue of an order that was meant to blackmail these heroes. That is what Kenyans of all parties, creed, tribe, color etc except kameme listeners are not happy about.

So yes, the doctors are serving their time.
And no jubilee stinks more than the doctors.

I know that concept is hard to understand when you are confused between supporting muraguri in nyeri getting people to vote and the life of Kenyans dying in their homes because Muraguri refused to attend meetings.

It's amazing that we cannot discuss a simple subject without going to matters tribalism Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you

I see no correlation between muraguri, kameme and disobedience of court orders. Sometimes we sink too low in our arguments

The doctors have hardened their position. I am sure the government will not offer anything significantly more than what they have already offered. I doubt there will be any agreement even after 7 days. I think the court will listen to all parties and make a decision and force it on the parties. Final decision will be a court decision.

Let me ask a stupid question...Are doctors employees of National Government or County Governments?

County governments pretend to be the employers, all salaries are remitted to them from central government.

Bwana Githundi I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding.

Let me make myself clear so that you and others don't misunderstand what I have said and what I shall say in the future.

Kameme listeners are doing a disservice to their mental health.

I believe that Kameme is the epitome of mass hallucination.

I also believe Kameme listeners are short on logic especially if you mention the word rairaa.

I believe I have made myself kireala.

Who said that the courts will force anyone to work?

The courts will just decide what the doctors salary raise will be. The doctors will be asked to take it or appeal as KPMDU or as individuals one can decide it's not enough and take a walk. The government will be forced to pay what the court decides.... like they were forced by the court during the teachers strike. And the government might decide to agree or appeal against the decision.

This referendum is long overdue..Once and for all we shall decide who is bound by the law and who is not. Then we can move on with our lives when you know which side you belong..

Point of correction. All staff employed by counties are paid by counties. The counties make their budgets based on estimated local revenue collections and shareable revenue from national government. The shareable revenue is a consolidated figure and does not prescribe the breakdown
