Desperation aka humble pie, the bishop knows his needs, rumor has been having it for some time that his helicopter business is not doing so well, jumped into it the way some wazee were given golden handshake by moi, and invested in matatu business, wakaenda waki chapa pole pole tu hivo! However more rumor has it that Raila has promised him "big business" in-the-run-up to the general erections, but he is desperately in need of "good business", if he get's from jubilee, naswa start fighting, he is still "unaware" he is "our" mole. Wait and see...plus if he follows Raila, he will NOT BE PAID, he usually refuses to pay bills!
As for the suits, if you remember he was always resplendent in new, shiny, designer suits, shirts and ties, shoes, socks, perfectly trimmed hair e.t.c that is very costly. If he buys a suit today it will become like my suits, aka "farmers suits", faded, poorely stiched, and bent at the back e.t.c, hawezani na farmers suits so the shirts to save some money!
