I pity you guys. Complaining about Trump 24/7. You can throw tantrums for next 8yrs while Trump doesnt give a damn as yeye anakula nyama while Making America Great Again. Makelele ya chura (vyura?) from some 3rd world little known back water and insignificant country called Kenya wont stop Trump from kukunywa maji. #MAGA.

The courts might say otherwise but Trump has already instructed the target foreign embassies not to issue any visas. The embassies fall under (and report to) Trump and not the courts. So for any judge to go against Trump (ie the executive) is absolute nonsense.

@Tycho, I agree with you. At POE you are interrogated of your intentions in that country. If your answers/explanations don't add up you are denied entry. The way she carried herself plus the academic certificates in her possession sold her out. I suspect in this case the young lady was planning to use her certificates to get "those" jobs in US and most likely overstay as some Kenyans do.

The very gist of this thread is that GENERALLY, America is a force for good, but with Trump, people are worried - if that virtuous element will be compromised.

That is not to say that they do not have their dark side, - no, its about looking at the whole balance sheet in an objective way.
