Kilifi - 2007 Tuko pamoja? the problem is that people look at REAL PROBLEMS from a political perspective... having an ID number shared IS A KENYAN PROBLEM... it all has to do with the way the ID number is given... you need to understand that you are a citizen of a POOR CORRUPT 3RD WORLD COUNTRY! From my job,part of the data I must have is ID numbers.When verifying the same I have come across many shared ID numbers. I think what should worry us is the Bio Metric identity is double registered.Ama vipi? biometrics are much better ways of identifying people. double registration is a fact of life and elections. people will try and cheat the system! you just need a fairly good mechanism of identifying persons and in Kenya's case... the ID number is not it! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
