I have always used SBG and find them ok. If there are system hitches you always get notified on email. You should pay them a visit to confirm what the problem is.

I also use SBG its ok though my only issues with them is that the watch list does not work and MPESA takes 24 hrs to reflect

sbg has become a crap platform,my account lost two stocks and they told me the function to add a stock doesn't work for 3months now,and the missing stocks are my centre of interest

Ditto.... Other than those frequent "central risk disconnected" when you want to make a quick trade... Maybe it's not the best platform for on the go speculators
For investors as a whole, returns decrease as motion increases ~ WB

Anyone know why SBG is moving customers to Centsavvy investments? are they agents, subsidiary will trading costs change?

I believe being moved without your knowledge is illegal...so how are they moving people again?Yes...centsavvy has an agency agreement with SBG.
