Anyway, KLM wud be part of the mix:
1) KLM buys more shares to get 50% (How Vodafone plans to do eventually with safcom)
2) KLM sells stake to 'other' airline/buyer
3) KLM stays put but this can be problematic coz other airline needs to buy at least 26% to counter KLM. If GoK is neutral...
GoK at 23% becomes very important here... Whether it supports KLM or 'other' airline...
In my case, I am after the cash... so as it stands (before I know what is in store for 2010-11) for KQ... If I got $1 per share (75-78)... I would bail...
I like KQ's prospects but I wud take the cash & re-invest in other stuff...
