Kwnai Joho is untouchable, a county commander behavinv like a politician, why can't he go arrest choho if he has the evidence? Mavi ya samaki!

Arresting him is one thing, litigating him to conviction another. If they want to put screws to him, they should send forensic accountants/auditors and KRA. Those people are no joke I tell you ...its how they nailed Al Capone after all the other conventional lines of criminal inquiry failed.

What is stopping them?

Orders from above.

In such a case timing is crucial and the right time will come.

Two wrongs dont make a right.

1) I dont know if there is anybody here who is willing to attest to the kafanas integrity on these issues.

2) Those who are supposed to keep law and order and ensure that wrong doers are brought to book arent doing their job.

3)Generally the 'big boys and girls' in Kenya get away with anything regarless of their polital leanings. Othewise why are the likes of the seneta for the city in the sun walking around!
The sharp shooter of Makueeni, the ticha of Nyeri, the buffallo of Thika etc!

4) There are a host of other wrong does across the political divide acting with impunity across different spheres of our lives sectors of our economy - land crooks, corruption high priests, violence incitors...

The drama continues....

Quote:
Hassan Joho drove four security officers out of his Mombasa home on Thursday, making good on his declaration that he did not need Jubilee's protection. The officers were freshly deployed to guard the Governor's home in Nyali but he kicked them out and locked his gate.
“One of the brothers told us we were not needed,” said one of the AP officers.

Some people should be charged with treason. This freedom of expression has been taken too far......beyond the red line.

Anyway this guy or the family must be hoarding some serious cash. Ship was sunk with goods inside and businesses closed / disrupted and still going strong. Many would have joined Jubilee smile
