Raila will attract more excitement than votes; more passion than action. And this is how he WILL NOT become president. However, the record must reflect that Raila will be in government come the General Election. Not as president, but as a 'forced' Prime Minister. And this is his bare minimum. If he cannot become 'Boss', he must become Prime Minister at zero option. And he will do this by forcing a Coalition Government.

A good analysis. The period between now and August 2017 will also spring surprises which no one can predict.

What surprises are we likely to see from the jubilee side apart from fallouts after nominations which am sure contingency measures are being put in place.

The argument according to ngunyi is that, the results are challenged to infinity, forcing fresh elections Everytime, thus forcing the other side to choka and give in to a nusu government.

Jubilee desperately need a boggy-man to consolidate their votes.
The position of prime minister as proposed by Mutahi will be back.

I like Mutahi's suggestion that Jubilee creates the position before the next election and gives it to kalonzo.
