On another note, did that footbridge really cost 600M ? Uhuru is walking on concrete from a concrete mixer, not even tiled. There was a footbridge @KU before Thika road was done cannot remember the cost but was far below 500M at the time. The they have been building some like at Ngara which is two way .But the road in Mombasa is one way so the length of the bridge is less than the Ngara one.Who has the figures for the footbridges done on Thika highway ?
Someone must be laughing all the way to the mattress.
