Changing Log book details

I recently had the engine of my car knocked and had to replace it.
I have the necessary documentation how do I get KRA to have these details changed.
Any pointers? leads

Siku hizi ni NTSA.

Last I recall, one needed the engine paperwor (showing engine number), lawyer's affidavit, old logbook then pay the requisite fees and wait about 3 - 4 months.

And don't use agents...afadhali upoteze wakati but do it yourself because of ecitizen manenos. If there is a problem, it is easier to clear when its your ecitizen account thats referred in the fees...if not, utaona moto. Speaking from experience here. Used an agent once, there were hiccups with the payment or he tried to be fishy and NTSA caught it...was summoned to upper hill and only after I convinced the senior guy there was no percentage in it for me to con gava 3K did he stop the investigation and allow processing to continue. And I had to pay afresh.

There is a company called keraf services. They know their way around ntsa.
