KQ will take years and years before it's shareholder value turns positive unless it gets a cash injection in exchange of equity. Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle

An intricate web of shell companies formed to enrich a few individuals. The reason why Naikuni was appointed to the board of this doggy concession. http://www.businessdaily...06922-y86phh/index.html
It is exactly what is happening in KQ. The loans taken out in the name of fleet renewal ended up in a few individuals pockets. This is the reason Ngunze had to leave. KQ need a massive clean up.

HOTAC is a necessary evil in your line of trade HOTAC wipes out everything my friend.Bad reputation too especially when there is no strategic communnication to protect it. There is an incident that led to an air turn back which was only communicated by KQ after pictures of emergency procedures on board the aircraft was circulated on social media. Ngunze's fleet rationalization was ill-informed. I am waiting for the new CEO in earnest. Very interested in what he is going to do with the two B777 rotting in JKIA. The new COO from KLM seems he was sent to come and supervise the death of KQ. I have not seen any serious change since he took over.

In the meantime, my local kiosk, painted red, quietly makes more profit in one day than KQ has made in the past 5 years. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett
