Calling on all coding techies, I need an IT platform for running a kindergarten.

An intranet/ internet portal which parents can log in to assess their kids details and sch programs, and public able to view details about the school, facilities ,etc.

Did you ever get one? I am in the process of developing one for the school my son attends...when done i can showcase it. And what the Director insisted is to have connection with the school's bank account for instant notifications for fee payments, as she has noticed, maybe she receives fake bank slips!
