I like. If he plays his cards well and consolidates the home base behind him he is going to be president in 2022. He and UK are very close and UK more than anyone else will decide who becomes president in 2022. UK had to do the same. UK did not become president in 2013, he became president when Michuki declared, "Mtu yeyote ambaye anapenda Wakikuyu afuate Uhuru, Uhuru wa Kenyatta ndiye atakuwa kiongozi ya Wakikuyu" This was in 2010.

2022 will be very interesting. There'll be no UK and no baba. A new playing field.

BBI will solve it

No,it was Moreno not Michuki. The case was the glue that brought the erstwhile rivals together.
UK will be a lame duck if re-elected and will not influence 2022 polls.

While WSR seized the former KANU machinery,Kalonzo consolidated his support in Ukambani and RAO is RAO, Mdvd has done little to build his political base inherited from Kibaki. He was PNU's preferred successor.

Mdvd is still playing interclan politics instead of seizing the national stage.
Life is short. Live passionately.

He was PNU's preferred successor. By now he should have made inroads in Upper Eastern, South Nyanza, South Coast... Areas that Kibaki enjoyed modest support.

How can one be a lame duck when he is the de facto "Igwe" of 17.15% of the total population of Kenya minus the Meru, Embu, Mbeere and Others......LINK

There's age and there's rejection. If he doesn't get in this time, he should just get the message and quit. This Kenyatta-Odinga rivalry has gone on for too long.

That said, there's an inherent acceptance in humans that leadership should be dynastic.

BBI will solve it
