The "engine" has already been built (18 is the age of consent)--no reverse engineering is needed- I was explaining why the "engine" was built the way it was/is. Like Mahegoat says above, wacha kizungu mingi and explain why the age of consent should be anything other than 18.

The reason it's the young boys who are jailed is because they are from poor backgrounds, otherwise if it a case of under age sex between 2 minors from middle class a good lawyer might be able to complicate the case and you find your girl being accused of the same.
