In Kenya, only the Nandi and the Agikuyu can go to real war.

So stop telling stories about how the country will be finished in 2017 if we don't invest vsat and other electronic results transmission gadgets.

That will never happen as long as these two tribes are on the same side

PEV only happens because there are influential and high profile politicians and personalities who incite, plan, support and bankroll it.
In the absence of that nothing much would happen.
