Too big a country with tribal groupings which do not owe their allegiance to Kinshasa. In Kivu, they use dollars and Rwandese Francs. Sometimes i think the right way is to annex Kivu North to Uganda, Kivu South to Rwanda and then let the provinces of Bas-Congo, Equiteur,Kasai Occidental, Kasai Oriental, Kinshasa and Katanga go their way and govern themselves.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
