Daniel Kamau's wife was rushed to the hospital at 1am on Sunday night after the tragedy but succumbed to her injuries at 5am the same night leaving behind the huge bill FOUR HOURS 200K GHAI! Did she not get care and medication in those 4 hours? what kind of care is that costing US $ 500 per hour or $ 6,000 per day? List the medication and items used first then we shall discuss. On that note, I hope you have insurance because healthcare is expensive. Why did you start the discussion if you didn't have the list of medication and items used in those 4 hrs If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Thank God treatment doesnt come cheap I think the hospital has a moral obligation to waive such charges irrespective of the costs they incurred. It would be inhuman to detain the body and subject the grieving family to even more sorrow after the horrific accident. It would be a way of the hospital giving back to society, part of CSR.

Chinese said: 1 million for paint 1 million for labour 1 million profit. He asked European, who said: 3 million for paint 2 million for labour 2 million profit. He then asked the Kenyan who answered: 4 million for me 3 million for you 3 million will give it to the Chinese guy to paint.

KENYA is the ultimate lawless jungle. The modern day wild wild west. Less than a week ago, another drunk 'executive' knocked down another citizen with his guzzler, killing him on the spot after aledgedly bribing through an alcoblow roadblock. If we go by what happened with the drunk 'executive' who knocked and killed a guard a few months ago or the pastor who killed a lady with his car or the many other cases that just die a planned death, then we know what to expect here as well... I wish we were a country that was vigilant enough to follow up on what we know are well planned cold cases. BBI will solve it :)

Quote:An advocate wants court to suspend execution of the rules that were recently issued by Chief Justice David Maraga to help fast-track corruption cases.
In the directions issued on last week, all applications challenging prosecution in corruption cases and related appeals will be handled by the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Division of the High Court in Nairobi.
All corruption cases, the president of the Supreme Court directed, must be heard within 90days.
NO COPIES
But Mr Peter Wanyama wants the implementation of these and other rules suspended, arguing that they were not subjected to public participation.
In his case documents, he argues that the Law society of Kenya, among other stakeholders, did not receive copies of Judge Maraga's rules for review.
The CJ issued the regulations without subjecting the same to Parliament for approval as required by law, he argues. “People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one, and if you repeat it frequently enough, people will sooner or later believe it.” ― Walter C. Langer

If each of these crooks would be living every day knowing there is a vigilante group hunting them down, they would opt to serve prison time. Auditor General joins anti-corruption eaters list. Amekula too much Joins our useless courts in cheating the wanjiku that there are actually "public service" jobs in Kenya. A public appointment is really an opportunity to join the fleecing, some may consider "revenge" for what kenyatta did in "1963" and feel justified to steal, consider the many thieves county bosses in Cord aka 'governors' being identified by EACC as nothing but pure and expert thieves.
