How is one supposed to find empathy for these same masses when the people they put in power turn around and screw them? Deep stuff there...

I say give them whatever they want NOW - at least they have earned it professionally and academically.
On point. But I don't agree with the medics refusing citizens these good care due to salary issues. What happens of the above cases turned up at A&E today? And do you think our current leaders are affected by these? No one will miss a salary or nyama because of it! Were they thinking the same when they did fraud with the 3b afya scam They should go back to work, and Kenyans should go back to common sense come 2017. That wont happen in Kenya for a loooooonnnnng time. there is an assumption that we have a collective brain. 2017 is not very far let's see who gets voted in....and 2022...even if Jesus himself ran against this tribal kings he will lose big time... Why are opposition leaders not very vocal on this strike? Meanwhile just our Drs go for greener pastures out there......can 254 be greener pastures for Drs from other countries? Can we invite them to work in our hospitals?Have seen a few from Burundi and India working in private hospitals and they seem ok with a Salo of circa 200k. Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

Looks at the expectant mother who requires emergency CS, and gets her young baby on her back and walks into theatre. Or the young guy posted in mandera, gets an accident at Mwingi, taken to knh as an emergency, not attended after two hours, family takes him to avenue where he accumulates 0.6M in bills with no insurance cover. After discharge the dms tells him to report back to his work station. The fact that he needs physiotherapy for two years is not the govt's problem. So no, there is no one willing to run to hell. What would they be running away from ?

Not what is right or wrong. Doctors have no votes compared to the affected citizens so they don't care about doctors. Matiang'i has no votes, that's why they side with KNUT and in extension parents of students. i.am.back!!!!
