Wow, all those high end retail stores are going to miss out on the festive season shopping again?

That's so unfair to them.

I wonder what caused the delays. It should have been open Oct 2015 or so.

I hope they learnt their lesson. Because if they thought a mall was capital intensive, they will find that coal plant is on another level.
