Mimi punda nimeshoka, in 2017 I will vote in least known candidates in all elective positions on the lineup. If more pundas buy into this, leaders will be randomly selected thus disrupting the status quo in government and opposition thus killing the cartels on both sides.

The guideline should be:-
1. If you see a face you have never seen/heard that is your guy (qualifications are overrated see sonko, kidero, karua, Pk, mutua A and baba yao)
2. Any misdemeanor or corruption allegation true or perceived is an automatic disqualification.

There is a high probability strangers may not agree to F*&k us and are more inclined to set each other up.

I am with you on this, my role is to guarantee that my single vote disrupts the system. Unlike the others here, I am not going to get into the knee jerk reaction of it can't be done, we are backward etc.

So there you go, two votes against the system. I also like the guideline, just avoid known thieves.

For a long time I've been wondering about what's the most important thing that one can do in 'their' life time. And now, I see that the most important thing one can do is to realize that the mind runs on fantasy and triumph over the establishment, the system, comes out of triumph over fantasy. One's own fantasy.

It's not just about voting, or some form of activism.

As Ted Kacszinsky would say, 'the system is very happy when we rail and fulminate against it.

The psychology of the system is running in you and most probably you either don't know it or you don't like the idea. Or both.

Punda amechoka kila mahali hata kirinyaga....but problem is we will vote either tribally or where we feel our bread will be buttered...true reality! It is unfortunate that even the elite among us are "backward"!
