Hii makaratasi ya nyama iko nyuma. Who is a rich woman and how would it be determined? which poor woman can supply goods worth 200m and should have won these tenders?
I guess even the affirmative action seats in parliament and county assemblies are for the poor.

Stupid media. So they think you can give mama mboga a 200m tender? Where the hell will she get bank credit to deliver on the tender? Also our laws are very clear that its women who are disadvantaged. All women, not just poor women.
