Had you been following the campaigns even a little, you would have noticed that the Clinton team tried to scare world citizens with an 'anyone but Trump' message, as they tried to hide their email scandal for which she ought to be in jail as Manning.

It was marginally about issues if at all for them, and sadly it seems it still is.

actually no... it's simple messaging... find top 3 things and address them and only them. for the US it was Jobs (The Rust belt is know as the rust belt for a reason... old dead industries), immigration and homeland security.
