Am also very afraid for the DP and the marriage between Kiuks and Kales.Hapa kuna shida..Ndoa iko karibu kuvunjika. All along I believed she was guilty until I watched her today Unfortunately in Kenya you're guilty first. No one cares for facts, we would rather shout corruption then look for the evidence instead of the other way round. Now i understand the theory of middle class idealism, where the wealthy look for domination and the poor are too troubled to care, the man in the middle only has idealism to clutch on too. We are too impatient to wait for processes and institutions and believe without reasoning and/or counter checking. The constitution has been read on our behalf, the Bible/Quran is being interpreted for us. Very easy to be manipulated by people with agendas that we think belong to us. Happy to seat back and let the Kanyaris, Kurias, Alais, Rogos etc drive the narrative. “People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one, and if you repeat it frequently enough, people will sooner or later believe it.” ― Walter C. Langer

In China, Xi is crying at the intensification of corruption. Yet China has one of the toughest positions against corruption.
So you can imagine how sophisticated and convincing the corrupt can be. Add how it is easy to sway the masses with controlled information and well scripted behavior and you may begin to see how taking sides is detrimental to one's health.
Yet many of us are now willing to judge even what they scarcely understand

It will be very interesting to see what the report the PAC comes up with and how Bunge will eventually vote. There is CORD especially the Luo Nyanza wing not wanting to contradict Raila who already said Waiguru was guilty, the URP wing who I suspect will never forgive her for Rugut's exit and TNA wanting to support their person. Again, because the Media has also judged her, each MP will be hesitant to be seen to side with her. That is the sad thing about a political system.

That will be very interesting to watch, in a court of law, she will be declared innocent, will the rest be "hanged"? What happened to Maryanne Keitany with the 200M? In a court of law, she has no case...no wonder no agency has recommended for her prosecution.

Some interesting things to note about Waiguru's appearance..... When her accusers appeared in the PAC, their word about Waiguru was gospel truth without need for evidence. For Waiguru, she was asked to backup every statement.....she had the best flow of information, but was the most interrupted. She was even asked about irrelevant things.... and MPS from Baba's backyard asked may be more than 70% of the questions....they may have been the most diligent or were looking for evidence for baba to support him in the defamation suit filed by Waiguru...

I found that very disturbing. And I think the reason why we are not able to find solutions is because we have stupid leaders. Am sorry to say but the questions being asked were mostly foolish. John Mbadi, Abdikadir are the only people who asked reasonable questions. Gumbo is useless, i dont even know how he got to head such a committee, why not Mbadi? Then the women mps...eish, mara flower girls, representing women....ei, decorum is highly needed. Now we understand JJ's tweet and why he was getting cosy with Ahmednasir "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. And she is clean And whoever tried to fix her now realises that the Jubilee administration itself is at the risk of going home at 8 A.M. come August 7 2017. The evidence leads to one of the head honchos of the administration. The one that Baba once referred to as the high priest. Records would show session data usage by "an agent" (agent being whatsapp) ...as for destination, called parties, Safcom wouldn't be able to provide that...only Whatsapp (and probably the NSA, though Whatsapp says the channels are encrypted) can give actual call records

The cord guys are really focussing on a Mr. Gatheca muhoho who was communicating regularly with Ben Gethi. If it's from waiguru's submissions, then things can only get murkier. Our people have a saying about " muici na mundu muka......."
