I will be loitering in the quarries now. There's nothing wrong with LPOs. Companies and institutions issue LPOs and tenders all the time. You should be questioning the company/institution that issued the LPO, not the client who supplied goods. BTW an LPO is a binding contract just like a tender.

Companies and institutions always have a database of pre-qualified suppliers. So if a company prepares an LPO and calls supplier X in their database and gives her the LPO, should she refuse to supply?

So the only person who will rat out Kabura is the guy who signed the LPO! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
