A professional scapegoat.

I really feel sorry for this lady. Watching her in the parliamentary probe is painful.

She withdrew over Kshs. 1.6b in cash in different transactions in 3 months, paid for "goods" supplied to NYS, got no receipts, doesn't remember payee names, no transaction doc, nothing. No proof of anything. How do you help this human being now????

By the way - someone illuminate something d me. is not attending a parliamentary committee hearing criminal? I know you can be summoned but do you have to go? Is it a judicial proceeding? When summoned and are called - do you have to answer? I guess you can remain quiet and not field any questions.

We need a Kenyan John Grisham to write real life sequels based on our corruption cases. She owns 20 sole proprietor companies!
If the truth were to be laid bare, i wonder how many people would go to jail with her.

What corruption are you talking about? This is another Raira gimmick.

I remember fellows on this very forum screaming and cursing how Raila is just talking about corruption at NYS because Kibera has at last been modified.

The same people are now writing how the health ministry is the imagination of chocho mendia and NTV.

That is not a John Grisham book, that's a Steven King book.

I heard Hon smile Gumbo quoting some powers their committee have which is equal to High Court Summons and directed Director of Criminal Investigations (or equivalent) to look for her and present her. If you lie ...... they can also use that against you to refer the matter for court proper. @maka can add !!!!!

Yes it is a crime. Its like not going to court when given a judicial summon.

Even feigning ignorance is an offence. But why are people "feeling sorry"? She needs to produce everyone involved and stop acting.
