True that. But when a company whose details are missing from the company registrar raises an invoice of 0.2B and gets paid same day, unajua hawa ni wala nyama.


Govt financial yr ends on June 30th. So all pending bills have to be paid or money gets returned to treasury and you have to wait for new financial year allocations. So there's no problem with a company that supplied goods and services "beating the deadline" by raising an invoice on June 30th and getting paid same day i.e. end of financial year.
