I was watching a mind speak talk with Kiprono Kittony
After going through a 'flat broke' session, he formed a holding company, it has a Kenyan Address.
I was curious of this 'Holding Company' and I realized it is a risk averse strategy that allows an investor to take big risks while minimizing his individual exposure.

This Holding Company and Holding Company Advanced makes seem like a brilliant approach. It got me thinking about the local situation.
Zilch information. If its not on google it must be on wazua!
Does the Kenyan law allow?
If yes are there tax advantges?
Anyone who uses this approach can share the experience we wazua together!

I know it's allowed by law in Kenya because I had clients with prime pieces of land in nairobi but under holding companies created to hold the properties and each property is held by a different company.
I am looking for more info on kenyan requirement for registering and any running requirements
