1) GoK gives a "soft" loan to KQ of KES 30bn to pay off the other loans.
2) Forgiveness of debt by the creditors.
3) A huge increase in turnover [passengers, RSK, cargo, etc]

Bottomline: The "full-year PBT" remains a fiction for FY 2016-17 even FY 2017-18.
