"If the plan is successful, it will be replicated in other parts of the country". This perhaps point to the fact that this may still be laboratory project. It will succeed based on how fast the payments are received. The house might be very basic though. Probably no tiles, minimal plumbing and obviously not so spacious in terms of overall square footage. Again, if there is a delay in receipt of payments, expect cost overuns due to inflation to substantialy affect the project affecting even those who paid earlier.

I would prefer they have a mitigation plan whereby they put up the superstructure in say one year, then finish the individual units selectively as money comes through.
Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

COULD THIS BE A SCAM

I cannot say yes or no to the scam comment but am very afraid.

This guys are on Phase X of theirn projects and yet Phase 1 is not complete.

A little bird whispered about multiple allocations of the same plot. When the multiple allottees meet, one will get the plot while the rest will be compensated in another area in one of the phases.

What will happen when there is no more land to compensate?

I hope am wrong and the little bird was just rumour mongering.

Their run away "success" remains a deep seated fear in me.
