DEBT COLLECTION SERVICE

I (an individual) am in need of a debt collector. Their means of collecting doesn't matter but of course moral ways are prefered.

Its not a pure trade debt but its supply of a service that had a clear trail on money paid and received.

The debtor (an individual as well) agrees they owe me the money but 1 year down the line it's just that; promise to pay.

no it wasnt a landing...i never pay for landing directly smile

its a car purchase and the idiot failed to honor his part thus i had to pay and him to refund me.
