@FRM go to Kenchick and you will get information on all of the above and they even have free training sessions every monday morning and even train you on structures . they have field vets/techs who you will get introduced to assist/followup.

Has anyone on this list tried out the feeds called 'Kienyeji Mash' ?
My supplier claims I can use that to replace growers mash for my kienyeji kukus.

Have a question and cannot really get the answer relating to raising layers. What quantity of food would the layers eat per day starting from chick until it starts laying eggs? What are the percentages of protein, vitamins etc in the commercial feeds?

Quite a resourceful thread this is. Could somebody please try put numbers. Would like to know what to expect in terms of expected monthly costs, revenue, profits etc. Doesn't have to be accurate, just to gauge myself
