Just read the papers and you will be surprised he has the backing of senior education officials of that county. When these youth graduate from high school, they will be eligible voters and it would have been planted in their minds during the most stressful moment of their lives -mock exams hence won't forget him. Same thing as PRK - north Korea have pics of the leader everywhere Mpaka kwa choo
