This is total madness. We need to know who has won this 35m mandazi tender. But why should i complain when they believe mandazi is better than hospitals, schools etc? Let them eat mandazi. #TheirMoneyTheirMandazi

Last year they allocated 31.1 million to trade and tourism. You would think that this being Lamu, Tourism would be really important to them...... Noooooooooo!!!! 31 million to Tourism, 35 million to tea and mandazi!!! Alhamdulilahi!!! Wonders never cease. Who wants to bet that there are many MCA wives and girlfriends who will get tenders to supply these and they will also be the first to be paid while doctors will have to go on strike before they get paid.
