“Your honour, such cases are increasing in numbers every day in this region and I am asking the court to deal with this case, in particular, with the urgency it deserves,” Ingonga said.

The court gave the accused 14 days to appeal the ruling.

It's like some woman in these NGO's was trying to revenge for all the days she was not screwed while her friends were partaking in the "nyeki"


@alma, the bit about jailing young teenagers for touching their animates is a bit disturbing. Judges felt the law was compelling them to take very harsh actions on the young boys. It will be fixed soon.

But before then, ask alma jnr to keep off girls. Trust me my brother, the last thing you want is for your young boy to be sent to juvenile and when he hits 18 they transfer him to inda. To become an older guys you-know-what.

Aren't these the best days to be a father of girls ?

Everybody will be arrested and jailed in Kilifi County! In this county I believe girls get pregnant before experiencing monthly periods. My main problem is, do we have the goodwill to implement the law? We are known to be best drafters of laws but poor 'implementers' of the same. We emphasis more on the shortcomings than looking at the big picture. At this rate we may have law for everything, including how, when and where to land. Don't we have common sense?

NB: We may turn our kids into homosexuals!!

I am surprised anybody can support a law that sends Teenagers to jail for consensual sex with fellow teenagers.
Thats just crazy, nay hypocrisy.

How many in the house can claim not to have done it during their teenage!

Any drafter of laws who can not come up with a law that nets adult abusers of minors without condemning teenage boys, has no business drafting any law!

Girls will not live in isolation in the society. If a significant section of that society is disenfranchised and feel overly subjugated, the effects will be eventually felt and it will be a bad time to be a father of girls.
