Am selling a fully stocked electrical shop based in Chokaa along kangundo Rd. an ideal location as the area has many building and construction projects hence market is vibrant. the price includes goodwill owing to the fact that I have been in business since 2013 and have a very good customer base. @timely, i work at a certain firm and am being transferred elsewhere.. so i thought to myself maybe it would be easier to sell and open another business nearer.

@Sakam...when you say "a fully stocked electrical shop", it gives me the idea that you have a very very very little knowledge of the range of electrical materials available out there.
Could you please tell us what you are stocking...I believe the list will not fill half of the post space.
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

BTW I hear lectronic shops have very good margins?Only that you need to know where to source for goods.
