What did you expect from JP hata kama, seems that the road is not yet finished, the above looks like a service lane, that has been finished to ease congestion as construction continues, and as for the progress it seems ok, the overpass at kangundo road junction is nearly finished, actually its the kengen high power lines that have not been moved and are delaying that part, and the under pass hapo doni seems to be getting on ok.
