When I saw the challenge I decided to take it up and my body is sore coz of it. It's lovely.... gives you nightmares but once you are done... you will be very happy you did them. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

Haven't started it yet. Am in a different programme for now. Will get into it hii ikiisha. However, what I do contains all those exercises, though on a lesser scale(in terms of reps)

Three exercises I have settled on without need for any equipment 1. Jogging 2. Pull ups-Use the gate 3.Dips(not leg dips)-use chairs/tables. Thank me later! If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
