After all handling presidential petitions is one of the key duties for the CJ job. Have you read the job description of the CJ? Yes. He or she is the head of the supreme court that handles the presidential petitions. His decision of opting to disqualify himself from Justice Rawal's /Tonui's case brings out this character. Running away from thorny issues at hand. Yep, he wants to be a fence-sitter and still enjoy the millions and prestige. That is immoral and unacceptable.
