Converting a Partnership to Sole proprietor business

Dear Wazua, I have a Partnership business which I started with my colleague last year. However, he has indicated that he wants to resign from the business which means I will be running the business on my own. Both of us are also bank signatories. What is the process of changing to sole proprietorship business?

Go to huduma, apply to change particulars, remove his name. Then go to the bank, change particulars or open a new account.
