What propagada?...that anything money that the ruling coalition does should never have been done because there is A, B and C which has not been done. Party finances remains just that and the party is free to use it in any way they like. On a light note, if the list of delegates is drawn from who is who in the counties raising 2birrion will require each delegate to contribute only kshs 17,000. Really little money.
